Testimonials

"I've know Jacquelyn for a long time through my parents, who were Ponte Vedra residents for some 25+ years. Her reputation was always known to be strong, and her knowledge of the market was accurate and broad.

This all came home in the past year when we needed to sell my parents' house. Naturally, we turned first to Jacquelyn, and she came through for us as sellers. She and her team were responsive and timely, and her advice was always right  and no-nonsense. She helped us consider our options for pricing, staging, and timing, and - while not everyone may have these results-we sold the house in one day.

Jacquelyn is a seasoned professional with deep ties to the area who knows how the real estate business works and knows how to work with her clients in a very skilled fashion. I couldn't recommend her more highly."   - John D.

"Linda & I want to thank you for making our move so successful. Your selling our house in such a short period of time was beyond our expectations. As you know, this was our fourth transaction with you as or broker. Maybe we can make it five if we move back. Thanks for everything!"   - Harry & Linda W.

"It would be impossible to find any broker better than Jacquelyn. Not only is she intelligent and dedicated, but she handles everything with efficiency and charm."   - Morgan H.

Our recent experience of selling our house with Jacquelyn was one that anyone would hope for. Her attention to detail, the marketing, and helpful suggestions made us feel comfortable in making the right decisions at a time when downsizing could have proved complicating."   - Edna & Ralph C.
